Non-Residents Use The Aquatic Center?
Only Kirkwood, Glendale and Oakland residents can use the

bill, bank statement or voter registration card showing
Kirkwood, Glendale or Oakland residency. They must also
bring a valid drivers license. We then take their picture
for a charge of $4.00 and the ID badge is good for three
years. Everyone must have an ID card in order to use the

Glendale or Oakland residents may receive resident rates.
Residents with the appropriate ID or pass can bring up to four

a higher, non-resident daily admission fee.
