HISTORIC KIRKWOOD TRAIN STATION

CURBSIDE RECYCLING COMES TO KIRKWOOD The City of Kirkwood purchased the Kirkwood Train Station in 2002 from Amtrak and today it is staffed by a group of dedicated volunteers who answer questions, help passengers get “all aboard,” and issue parking passes. The station is also available to be rented for parties and other special gatherings. Check it out!!

Farmers’ Market

Downtown Kirkwood, with many shops and restaurants, is now on the National Registry of Historic Places.

The Kirkwood Public Library is back in its own space at 140 East Jefferson after a year-long renovation. Visit their Website for hours, policies, and upcoming events.

Downtown Kirkwood Summer Concert Series

The Magic House – St. Louis’ Children’s Museum

The Kirkwood Community Center in Kirkwood Park is home to the Kirkwood Ice Rink (open year-round) and the Kirkwood Aquatic Center (summer only).
