When is Court?
Court is held on the first four Tuesdays of each month (click here for the 2011 Municipal Court dates) at 7:00 p.m. Please Note: The 4th Tuesday, however, is Trial Night, and it begins at 6:30 p.m.
Where are you located?
We are located at Kirkwood City Hall, 139 S. Kirkwood Road, on the northwest corner of Madison Avenue and Kirkwood Road. For directions, go to Google Maps, and key in 139 S. Kirkwood Rd., St. Louis, MO 63122. Court is held on the second floor of City Hall in Council Chambers.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, money orders, or checks made payable to the City of Kirkwood. Discover, Master Card, and Visa credit cards are also acceptable for payment with proper ID.
Are tickets payable online?
Yes, visit www.ipaycourt.com. You will need your ticket number or case number to make a payment online.

How can I get a continuance of my court date?
Any defendant requesting a continuance for his or her case must speak with a Court Clerk. Only one continuance will be given.
I am an Attorney. How do I obtain a Prosecutor’s Recommendation?
You will need to send in:
1) Two copies of the Entry of Appearance. Please include bar number and mailing address.
2) Request for Recommendation
3) Self-addressed, stamped envelope
4) Appearance not necessary. The Prosecutor will work on recommendation after scheduled court date and will respond back by mail with recommendation.
