Construction of the first two market-rate homes is underway
on the 300 block of Electric Street in the Meacham Park
neighborhood of Kirkwood and will be completed in early 2004. The homes will serve as models for ten other new market-rate
homes to be build in the neighborhood in the future.
BenchMark
Developers and Cachet Homes are the developers.
Construction financing will be provided by Jefferson
Bank, and Builder One will construct the homes.
Coldwell Banker Gundaker will be the real estate agents.
