• Review applications and make recommendations to the Building Commissioner, and Planning & Zoning Commission and/or City Council depending on the nature of the case and how it was referred.

• Review additions and enlargements of buildings in the B-2 business district (general business)

• Review signs in B-2 district

• Review landscaping, lighting, and parking in B-2 zoning district

• Ensure architectural scheme or proposed developments and signs are in harmony with architectural scheme of B-2 zoning district
